When we decided to launch this workshop, there was one thing in the back of our heads that we knew needed to be accomplished before we could jump into talking about writing. The participants need to know each other and care about giving feedback to each other.
Throughout this process, we're all going to be working close together and giving feedback on each others' submissions. We know it can be a big scary world out there, especially when you don't know who any one is, so the first task is to break the ice.
